Tus Ntsuag Kub (The Golden One)

Summary:
Ntawg dream of becoming wealth one day so he didn't have to work in the field for a rich man. He fell in love with the rich man's daughter and on the day that he was going to tell her she got married. He had lost hope in love and moved on with life. The day that he was going to confess to Paj Yeeb, he bought her a pair of gold earring with the money he earned working at her field. He threw it away and Txhiaj Npi, Paj Yeeb's father saw it and picked it up. Txhiaj Npi asked Ntawg to take him to the villages and there he told Ntawg that wealth was not everything. He told Ntawg that the only reason why his family cares for him now since he was sick was because they wanted his money. They don't love or care for him at all. He didn't want Ntawg to follow his footsteps.
One day his parents told him that they would like him to marry a girl named Nkauj Nag from a nearby village. At first he didn't want to but after seeing her he was okay with marrying her. After Ntawg and Nkauj Nag got married, he heard news that Paj Yeeb came back. With this news, he took the opportunity to get to know her. Then he told his Nkauj Nag that he was going to marry Paj Yeeb. Hurt by this, Nkauj Nag left.
One day one of Ntawg's friend came and asked him to go with him to the forest. There, the friend accidently shoot Ntawg. Paj Yeeb didn't want to take care of Ntawg so she left. Upon this, Ntawg's sister went and told Nkauj Nag, who came and nurture Ntawg back to life. This was when he realized that he loves his wife and took better care of her.
The day that Nkauj Nag gave birth, she was bleeding to much that Ntawg took her to the hospital. However, the doctor refused to help unless he paid them 50% of the cost. Not having money he feel lost. Luckily he met Txhiaj Npi, who offered to pay the hospital bills as long as the doctor helped Nkauj Nag. After that he jumped to him dying and then the aftermath of what happen to his family. His family fell apart after his death. Everyone relay on him and now that he was gone they don't have anymore money.
Fast forward on, one day Ntawg was walking when he saw the gold light. He decided to go find it to see it... and after he found it, he realized it wasn't what he expected. So he return home to be with his wife and son.
My thoughts
This movie was very good. The message in this movie was powerful. He showed both sides the rich and the poor and their family. From the rich side, his family only care for him when he was dying because they wanted his wealth. No one loves him. All his wives talked about was how to get his wealth when he died. His family has no love. Compare to Ntawg's family. They may be poor but they love and care for each other. Think of it like this... Paj Yeeb left because she couldn't take care of Ntawg. Why? because in her life, she didn't have to take care of anyone except herself. (She's a bit selfish herself).

(Not because she's beautiful that you love her, you love her makes her beautiful) Something like this.
What I don't like about the movie:
I realized that the characters repeat themselves a lot. It's like are you serious. You just said that and you are saying it again as if the person was deaf?
This movie really teaches the viewer that money isn't everything. MONEY= PROBLEM
